This episode profiles the murder of 29-year-old Tonya Renee Lucas's six children, 12-year-old Antoine Lucas, 5-year-old Russell "Bookie" Williams, 3-year-old twins Takia Cook and Deon Cook, 2-year-old Gregory Cook, and 18-month-old Damien Cook who all died in an arson house fire in a rowhome in the 2400 block of East Eager Street, on July 7, 1992.
This episode also profiles the unsolved murder of 24-year-old Michael Lee Wise, who was shot and killed while trick or treating and pushing his young daughter in a stroller, on Halloween, October 31, 2019, in the 400 block of Gatewood Court in Glen Burnie.
