This episode profiles the serial killer John Frederick Thanos who shot and killed three teens within one week during September of 1990. For the homicides John committed, he received three death sentences and was the first person in Maryland to be executed by using lethal injection.

This episode also profiles the unsolved shooting murder of twenty-year-old Yasmine Wilson who was shot on July 3, 2019 - while pushing her daughter in a stroller - in the 400 block of North Rose Street.
