This episode profiles the murder of 7-year-old Tanisha Hope Allen, who was savagely raped, sodomized, and smothered to death by 19-year-old William Holland and his half brother, 16-year-old Lamell Dixon on December 18, 1992, at a high-rise unit on the 14th floor, in the Lexington Terrace Projects. Tanisha's mother was present during the attack - but claimed to not hear or see a thing. 

This episode also profiles the unsolved shooting murder of 21-year-old Ana Isabel Racine, who was shot in a driveway in the 200 block of Meadow Road in Riveira Beach Pasadena on January 25, 2014.
