This episode profiles the murder of Roxbury Institution Correctional Officer 44-year-old Jeffrey Alan Wroten, who was shot in the head by inmate 20-year-old Brandon Travon Morris on January 26, 2006. Jeffrey had been guarding Brandon at the Washington County Hospital in Hagerstown when Brandon was able to obtain the correctional officer's service weapon.
